The working principle of electrostatic fume purifier is to change the voltage of 220V to tens of thousands of volts by transformer. The electrons emitted by cathode in high voltage electric field and the negative ions formed by the electron hitting air molecules can capture dust particles, so as to electrify the dust particles. Then, with the function of electric field, the charged dust particles are absorbed by anode to achieve the purpose of smoke removal.
This type is the most widely used kitchen fume purification equipment in the market. Its working principle is that when the smoke exhaust gas is used in the high-voltage electrostatic force field, the smoke waste gas particles contact with the electronic and carry the charge, and finally be absorbed by the electric field. Such equipment can capture the micro particles below 0.1 microns.
Electrostatic fume purifier is a kitchen fume purifier with high purification efficiency, and its cleaning rate is up to 95%. Because of the high adsorption capacity of electric field plate, the equipment needs to be cleaned regularly, otherwise the purification efficiency will be reduced.
